Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Unskooler, we strive to provide a seamless and enriching learning experience through our online and offline educational resources. However, we understand there may be situations where you need to cancel a service or request a refund.
Cancellations:
- Users can cancel their subscription or order within 24 hours of purchase if they have not accessed or used the paid content (e.g., video lectures, quizzes, mock tests, or SRAP modules).
- Once the content is accessed or downloaded, the subscription becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed only if:
- There is a technical issue from our end preventing access to purchased content.
- Duplicate payments are made by mistake.
- Refund requests must be sent to support@unskooler.com within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Printed study material (if already shipped)
- Subscription fees after content usage or download
- One-time access purchases
